Calm Tea

I tried this tea about a month ago (as an alternative to Apple cider vinegar) to help me fall asleep. And so far I have not been disappointed. Usually within 30 min I am fast asleep, do not wake up at night and get a solid 8 hours. All the ingredients are beneficial. To benefit from the tea the most, I grind 2 tablespoons with a mortar and pestle and dissolve the powder. I would not want to waste any of the goodness. Ordering again today because I just ran out. If you need something to relax, this is it! Thank you for having this and thank you for keeping everything organic and locally made in the US.
